T-break calculator
Tell it how you smoke now. It works out what you are taking a day, what the six days would look like, and what a smaller ceiling would leave in your pocket. It does not guess a number of days from your body weight — nothing can.
Where you are now
That is the number the reset is trying to bring down — not the number of days off.
Where the six days could leave you
The reset looks for the smallest dose that still does something — the protocol this is adapted from asks for the dose that produces a minimal effect, not a number. Nobody can tell you yours in advance, and it does not scale with how much you use now. So here is every point it could stop at, priced in your numbers rather than in general ones.
Each row assumes you keep the same number of sessions and change only what is in them. That is arithmetic on your own numbers, not a prediction about your receptors, your metabolism or your weight — and the reason the range is four rows wide rather than one is that finding your row is what the six days are for.
The six days
Days 1–2 — the break. Forty-eight hours with nothing. The clock starts when you do.
Days 3–5 — the climb. One small session at a time, stopping at the first thing you feel, up to three a day with an hour between them.
Day 6 — your ceiling. The smallest amount that reached you becomes the number you keep.
How long does a break actually need to be?
Nearly every page answering this says 21 days, and they are answering a real question — that is roughly how long THC takes to clear a daily user's system. It is the wrong clock for tolerance. What makes cannabis stop landing is your brain withdrawing CB1 receptors, and those come back faster than the drug leaves.
Daily users' CB1 receptor availability sits about 15% below normal, and two days of monitored abstinence closed that gap in the one human imaging study of it. Two days is not a full reset — fuller normalisation takes weeks — but it is enough to make a smaller dose land, which is the part you can feel.
